Job summary

American Campus Communities is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain its student housing properties, ensuring clean and orderly spaces for residents. You will perform routine cleaning, assist in turnover and keep common areas and facilities well-maintained as part of a supportive team.

Prior experience is helpful but not required; the role offers on-the-job training and opportunities to grow within ACC communities, supporting a culture of inclusion and service.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of general housekeeping and cleaning tasks.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.
• Ability to follow written or verbal multi-step instructions.

Responsibilities

• Clean the property to standard, including vacuuming, mopping, and trash pickup.
• Vacuum/mop/shampoo floors in resident rooms and common areas.
• Clean and stock bathrooms (tub, shower, toilet).
• Assist in property turnover processes.
