Job summary

Seattle Children’s in Seattle, WA seeks an administrative assistant to provide administrative, database, and wet lab bench support for the assigned program or project area. The role supports data entry, documentation, scheduling, and basic lab tasks within a collaborative research environment.

The ideal candidate is 18+ and enrolled in college, with interest in medical terminology and administrative tasks in a lab setting.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and enrolled in college/university pursuing an undergraduate degree or taking prerequisite courses for a future degree program.
• Preferred: data entry, word processing experience, knowledge of medical terminology, administrative experience in a research setting.
• Currently enrolled in college level courses at an accredited college or university.

Compensation Range

$21.30 - $26.87 per hour

Salary Information

This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity, skills, experience, and expertise, and may vary within the range provided.
