Job summary

Seattle Children’s is seeking a Family Service Coordinator to plan and coordinate services across the surgical journey, including scheduling new patients, pre-op follow ups, PASS and post-op appointments, tests, recalls, admissions, and interpreters. You will work closely with the OR to maximize room utilization and streamline the insurance approval process while managing patient records.

• Minimum of one year of healthcare scheduling experience as a Family Service Coordinator or equivalent.

Job description

Compensation Range

$24.77 - $37.16 per hour

Salary Information

This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity, skills, experience, and expertise, and may vary within the range provided.
