Hair Cuttery Family of Brands is seeking cosmetology students for its FuturePRO (Student to Work) program. Start earning while you learn with a mentorship, new-hire orientation, and advanced technical training to enhance clipper cutting and fading skills.

As a hairstylist student, you’ll work behind the chair, receive hourly pay, performance-based pay, and progress through an 8-level career ladder with up to 75% commission, with licensed stylists earning $45–$88+ per hour (plus tips).

Qualifications

• Current enrollment as beauty school student ready to transition to a professional career.
• Night, weekend, and holiday flexibility to maximize learning and earning potential.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).
• Willingness to learn hair cutting, fades, and color from the best in the business.

Responsibilities

• Support the Guest Experience: operate the front desk and assist actions affecting guest satisfaction.
• Develop your craft: follow a training plan with your Salon Leader.
• Partner with a licensed pro for consultations on select guests.
• Observe and learn from salon professionals to sharpen skills.
• Build a strong clientele through product knowledge and consultations.
