Hair Cuttery Family of Brands is launching the FuturePRO program for beauty school students to transition into a licensed cosmetologist role. You’ll receive mentorship, orientation, and advanced training while earning as you learn in a salon environment.

As you grow, you can progress through the career ladder with commission opportunities and a path toward significant earnings, supported by marketing and guest access in our walk-in ready salons.

Qualifications

• Current Enrollment: beauty school student ready to transition into a professional career.
• Flexibility: night, weekend, and holiday availability to maximize learning and earning potential.
• Legal Authorization: authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).
• Passion: willingness to learn cuts, fades, and color from industry leaders.

Responsibilities

• Support the Guest Experience: assist reception and support actions affecting guest experience.
• Develop Your Craft: follow a training plan developed with your Salon Leader.
• Professional Partnership: work with a licensed pro for consultations on select guests.
• Observe & Learn: watch salon professionals and ask questions to sharpen skills.
• Business Building: learn product knowledge, consultation skills, and how to build a clientele.
