Responsibilities

• Support the Guest Experience: assist in the reception area and influence guest satisfaction.
• Develop Your Craft: follow a training plan with your Salon Leader to sharpen skills.
• Professional Partnership: work with a licensed pro for consultations on select guests.
• Observe & Learn: watch salon pros and ask questions to improve technique.
• Business Building: learn product knowledge, client consultations, and building a clientele.
