Hair Cuttery invites cosmetology students to join the FuturePRO Student to Work program. You’ll start earning while you learn, with a structured mentorship, new hire orientation, and advanced technical training designed to build your clipper cuts, fades, and color skills.

As you progress, you can move up our 8-Level Career Ladder and 12 Price Levels to boost earnings, with performance-based pay and potential to reach $100K+ per year once licensed.

Qualifications

• You are a beauty school student ready to transition into a professional career.
• Evenings, weekends, and holidays flexibility to maximize learning and earning potential.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).
• Willingness to learn cuts, fades, and color from the best in the business.

Responsibilities

• Support the guest experience by working the reception area and assisting all guest-facing tasks.
• Develop your craft through a training plan with your Salon Leader.
• Partner with a licensed pro to perform consultations on select guests.
• Observe and learn by watching salon professionals and asking questions to sharpen skills.
• Build your clientele through training on product knowledge and consultation skills.
