Job summary

University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point is seeking a Student Graphic Designer to assist with diverse marketing tasks within the Continuing Education Department. The role is student hourly, with 15–25 hours per week, typically Monday–Friday, 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Training and mentoring in graphic design will be provided.

Compensation ranges from $13.50 to $15 per hour, based on experience. Applicants should be enrolled students, ready to collaborate with a supervisor to set a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience using Microsoft Office Products such as Word, Outlook, OneDrive.
• Experience working in a collaborative environment.
• Interest in learning Graphic Design.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Continuing Education Department with the creation, planning, and promotion of Continuing Education Programming.
• Creation and management of social media posts.
• Creation of digital and print marketing.
• Creation and management of email campaigns.
• Creation and management of webpages.
• Creation and management of surveys.
• Assembly of handouts and materials.
• Other tasks as assigned.
