Job summary

AVI Foodsystems is seeking a Student Food Service Worker for the Youngstown State University - Food Trailer in Youngstown, OH. You will assist with hot/cold food prep, station setup, guest service, and daily sanitization, contributing to a fast, friendly dining experience.

No heavy prior experience is required; a strong work ethic, professionalism, and teamwork are valued. Training and growth opportunities are available within AVI Foodsystems.

Qualifications

• Previous food service experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate with team members and clients professionally.
• Maintain a professional relationship with all team members and clients.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of hot and/or cold foods and store food properly.
• Set up stations with entrées, soups, salads, breads, condiments and utensils.
• Interact with guests in serving, retail and dining areas.
• Follow guest service procedures by greeting guests and smiling.
• Clean and sanitize workstations and equipment according to rules.
• Maintain a fast pace and multitask while performing duties.
