Millersville University's Chick-fil-A on campus is seeking a Student Food Prep for Fall 2026. Pay is $12.50/hr with additional pay for early morning, late evening, and Saturdays. Hours vary with shifts Mon-Fri 7:00am–10:30am and 2:00pm–6:00pm, plus Sat 9:00am–1:00pm.

This role provides hands-on food prep experience in a fast-paced, team-focused environment. Comprehensive Chick-fil-A training is provided to help you succeed and grow, with duties including prepping salads, fillets, mac & cheese,

Qualifications

• Stand for the entire shift in a fast-paced environment.
• Must follow directions.
• Able to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Preferred: fast food experience, Chick-fil-A background.

Responsibilities

• Prep will include making salads bases and side salads.
• Filleting chicken breasts and prepping mac & cheese, brownies, bacon, tea and coffee.
• Work as a team and assist with station setup and clean-up.
• Maintain food safety standards and proper labeling.
