Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in program development, event planning, public speaking, student engagement, or financial education initiatives.
• Ability to communicate confidently in large-group settings and one-on-one.
• Flexibility for evening and after-hours programming.

Responsibilities

• Financial Wellness Education & Programming – develop strategy, deliver workshops and events.
• Campus Outreach and Cross-Training – increase student engagement and create resources.
• Student Coaching and Internship Development – provide coaching and supervise interns.
• Partnership, Assessment, and Growth – build partnerships, track outcomes, assess programs.
