This role supports the Money Management Center within the Student Success Center and focuses on hands-on programming and outcomes evaluation.

You will co-create workshops, coach student interns, and partner with campus offices to align activities with academic goals.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Two years related experience in program development or event planning.
• Public speaking, student engagement, or financial education experience preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple events and mentor student interns.

Responsabilités

• Develops a comprehensive financial wellness strategy and delivers workshops and events.
• Creates outreach content and resources to expand program reach.
• Provides individualized coaching to students and supervises interns.
• Establishes campus partnerships and tracks program impact with data.
