Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree conferred on or before start date.
• 0–2 years’ experience in a comparable position.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Completion of OSU Ambassador Program within first year after hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized financial strategies and referrals for students at risk of attrition due to finances.
• Counsel students and families on missed financial aid opportunities and resources.
• Collaborate with Scholarships and Financial Aid staff to address urgent monetary needs.
• Support recruitment and retention efforts through information sessions and outreach.
• Engage with campus offices and academic colleges to identify at-risk students.
