Qualifications
Experience in Financial Aid or Accounting/Management preferred.
Experience with financial aid software and systems preferred.
General knowledge of accounting practices, data processing and computer applications.
Responsibilities
Meet and counsel with students regarding financial aid processes.
Collect all documentation required from students and/or parents.
Complete verification of information provided by students when required.
Make and notify students of appropriate awards.
Accurately set up awards in administrative software.
Prepare financial aid files for students receiving aid.
Certify eligibility for grants, scholarships, and loans.
Perform other duties as assigned.
