Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Three or more years of direct financial aid experience.
• Two years minimum administering Federal Title IV programs.
• Experience with enterprise higher education platforms.
• Proficiency with federal aid systems (COD, NSLDS, FAFSA Partner Portal).
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Guide students and families through FAFSA and financial aid process.
• Assist FAFSA completion, required documentation, and corrections.
• Review FAFSA and aid information for missing items or discrepancies.
• Counsel on federal financial aid programs, grants, loans, and scholarships.
• Process applications and support aid determination and awarding.
• Support verification, loan processing, SAP, and other aid processes.
• Maintain accurate financial aid records and documentation.
• Coordinate with admissions, registrar, and student accounts.
