Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Advise students and families on financial aid options and eligibility.
• Package financial aid and notify award notifications.
• Counsel on loan management, repayment and emergency loans.
• Answer billing questions and manage payment plans with Touchnet.
• Collaborate with campus partners to support enrollment and student success.
• Support special circumstance reviews and aid-related timelines.
• Utilize Banner, Slate, Touchnet, and Creighton Connect for processing.
