Qualifications

• Demonstrated cultural competency and ability to communicate with diverse audiences.
• Commitment to working 40 hours per week, with some evenings/weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance in operating the Financial Aid Office and advising students and families on financial aid options.
• Process and award financial aid and assist with FAFSA and verification requirements.
• Verify and evaluate applications for accuracy per federal/state rules; respond to irregular cases and appeals.
• Track progress of students, monitor satisfactory academic progress, and support students at the front desk.
