Job summary

UEI College Gardena Campus is seeking a detail-oriented Student Finance Advisor to support the Director of Student Finance in administering financial aid programs. The role focuses on assessing eligibility and ensuring accurate award processing for prospective and current students.

You will interview prospective students, review files for completeness, and help approve Financial Aid awards, contributing to our student-success-driven culture.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a financial aid department of an accredited college or university with direct responsibility for advising on or awarding Title IV activities or programs preferred.
• Associates degree or comparable work experience required.
• Bachelor's degree with coursework in math, business, finance, auditing or accounting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review student files for completeness and accuracy for submission.
• Review and authorize students' Financial Aid awards.
