Job summary

KU Transportation Services is seeking student ticketing officers to patrol with a full-time officer or another student in an LPR vehicle and to ticket on-foot when needed. You may also assist at information booths guiding visitors and regulating vehicle access on Jayhawk Boulevard during restricted hours.

The ideal candidate works well in a team and delivers reliable customer service in a busy campus environment.

Qualifications

• Good command of the English language, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• 65% - Patrolling with another officer or alone in an LPR vehicle, or ticketing on-foot, writing parking violations.
• 25% - Relieving booth personnel for breaks and covering booths during absences.
• 10% - Other duties as assigned.
