EF International Language Campus in San Diego seeks a Student Services Coordinator to welcome international students and coordinate visa processes from arrival through departure. You will support onboarding, campus events, and ambassador programs while maintaining accurate records and collaborating with multiple teams to enhance the student experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary front desk presence, welcoming international students with a positive, engaging attitude.
• Coordinate onboarding and guide students through visa processes from arrival to departure.
• Maintain accurate student records in compliance with SEVIS and ACCET.
• Support campus events, tours, orientations, and ambassador programs.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure a seamless student experience.
• Assist with communications, social media, and feedback-driven improvements.
