EF Education First is seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Studies for our San Diego location. You will lead day-to-day academic operations, coach teachers, and ensure an exceptional learning experience for students in a fast-paced international school community.
You’ll collaborate with the Director of Studies, manage scheduling and student progress, support onboarding and professional development, and contribute to recruiting and academic programs.
EF San Diego is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic academic professional to join our team as Assistant Director of Studies. Working closely with the Director of Studies, this role helps lead the day-to-day academic operation of the school while supporting our teachers and ensuring an exceptional learning experience for our students.

Compensation range for this role is $56,000–$60,000 USD annually, based on experience.
