Job summary

Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management seeks an Assistant Director, Student Experience to be a key liaison between students, student leaders, and the Kellogg community, driving engagement through clubs, the Kellogg Student Association, and student events.

The role supports the Weekend and remote student experiences, leads strategy for Evening and Weekend student government, and oversees 20+ clubs at Kellogg's Chicago campus, including budget oversight and leadership development

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Two years' experience in constituent-facing/services environment.
• Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and support for Kellogg Student Association (KSA) and clubs; manage plans and execution.
• Oversee elections, meetings, and officer support for EWMBA student programming.
• Manage budget processes for KSA and clubs with monthly updates.
• Coordinate club leadership meetings and communications policies with IMC and Dean's Office.
• Lead contract processing for student experience contracts and vendor relationships.
• Collaborate with Career Management Center and MiM to engage student leadership and programming.
• Resolve student issues, counsel and advise, and support weekend/remote participation.
