Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be a current St. Olaf student in good academic and disciplinary standing.
• Previous hospitality/event management/technology/media experience is desired, but not required.
• Preference may be given to candidates with a valid driver’s license, though it is not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, set up, manage meeting spaces including tables/chairs, stages, media equipment, and signage.
• Provide on-site guest services, assist with check-in, directions, and reporting needs/concerns.
• Support programming, follow runs of show, communicate with College Events staff; evening/weekend shifts as needed.
• Collaborate with various St. Olaf departments to ensure event success.
• Perform general office tasks: data entry, registration materials, inventory, errands.
• Assist with driving campus vehicles if eligible; lifting up to 25 lbs; varied physical tasks.
