St. Olaf College is seeking a part-time Recreation Facilities Supervisor to oversee daily operations of campus recreation facilities during assigned shifts. Role includes supervising staff, incident response, and coordinating safety and service quality.
Responsibilities include opening/closing duties, staff training, and support for events. Requires 2+ years in recreation and CPR/AED/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain it.

FTE: 0.05.
Work Schedule: 10-months annually, Mid-August through mid-June with occasional summer shifts. Available Fridays 5-10pm, Saturdays 8a-2p or 2p-10p, Sundays 9a-3p.
Work Location: On Campus.
Hourly Rate: $20.25.
The Recreation Facilities Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the campus recreation and athletic facilities during assigned shifts. This role provides direct supervision and leadership to Recreation Attendants, ensures a safe and welcoming environment for all patrons, and supports overall facility functionality during regular hours and special events. The Recreation Facilities Supervisor serves as the primary point of contact for incident response and operational decision-making in the absence of full-time staff.
