Min Hourly Rate: $14.70 (Standard); $13.70 (Non-Urban); $15.95 (Portland Metro)
Max Hourly Rate: $21.00 (Standard); $20.50 (Non-Urban); $21.50 (Portland Metro)
Position Summary: This recruitment will be used to fill a pool of six (6) part-time Student Event Assistants within the Chancellor and Dean’s Events Unit at Oregon State University-Cascades. This role offers students the flexibility to choose “gigs” (events) they are available and interested in working to pick up extra hours. Tasks generally include moving furniture and event setup/cleanup. Students can expect to work between 0-5 hours per week, depending on the event schedule. This is an academic year (September 2024-June 2025) position and hiring is ongoing as needed.

This position is paid at a standard rate of $17.00/hour, up to 20 hours/week during the academic year and 40 hours/week during breaks and summer.
