Responsibilities

• Administrator: complete paperwork, maintain logs, attend shifts, follow staff manual.
• Customer Service: greet students, staff, guests; connect to campus resources and assist navigation.
• Clerical Aid: file records, answer calls, relay messages; operate office equipment.
• Set Ups for Event Assistants: read operation reports, set up/break down events, move chairs/tables.
• Security: ensure safety during events, enforce policies, know evacuation procedures.
• Team Member: attend trainings, support staff, maintain positive communication.
• University Representative: model professional conduct and represent ECU positively.
