• Complete all paperwork, forms, and logs; attend scheduled shifts and follow staff protocols.
• Greet and assist students, staff, faculty, and guests; connect them to campus resources.
• File records, answer phones, relay messages; operate office equipment.
• Read operation reports and set up/break down event spaces; lift and arrange tables and chairs.
• Ensure safety of patrons; enforce facility policies and participate in emergency procedures.
• Attend training sessions; support staff and maintain positive communication.
• Represent ECU positively to students, staff, faculty and guests; monitor social media posts.
