BridgePrep Academy, Inc. is seeking a friendly and dynamic Student Enrollment & Outreach Coordinator for a hybrid role in North Miami Beach, FL.

You will lead field recruitment, engage with families, and guide inquiries from first contact through enrollment, becoming the primary brand ambassador in local communities. The position requires energy, excellent communication, and the ability to manage campus events, tours, and follow-ups.

Qualifications

• Customer service excellence with ability to build rapport with diverse families.
• Willingness to perform active field work (approx. 45% standing, 30% walking, 25% sitting) and lift up to 20 lbs.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
• Florida Level 2 background screening is required.
• Preferred: experience in community outreach, student recruitment, events, sales, or admissions.

Responsibilities

• Grassroots field recruitment: attend community events, host off-site presentations, organize canvassing, and generate leads.
• Follow up with families via phone, email, and messages to guide them through the application steps.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Grassroots Field Recruitment: Attend community fairs, host off-site presentations (daycares, youth groups, CBOs), organize cold-calling campaigns, and lead neighborhood canvassing efforts to generate leads and applications.

Family Nurture & Engagement: Conduct regular, personalized follow-ups via phone, email, and messages to answer questions, guide families through the application steps, and re-engage uninterested leads.

Events & Campus Tours: Host engaging in-person and virtual information sessions, campus tours, and family orientation opportunities.

Content & Media Capture: Capture photos and videos at school events to support campus communication platforms and brand awareness.

Data Integrity & System Maintenance: Conduct application verification calls, capture accurate applicant data, and update recruitment tracking systems in a timely manner.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

Customer Service Excellence: Exceptional interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills with a proven ability to build rapport with diverse families and community stakeholders.

Adaptability & Drive: High energy, self-motivation, and a desire to continuously learn, adapt, and succeed in a dynamic field environment.

Physical Capabilities: Willingness to engage in active field work (approx. 45% standing, 30% walking, 25% sitting) and ability to exert up to 20 pounds of force occasionally.

Compliance: Successful completion of a Level 2 background screening through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.

Preferred:

Prior experience in community outreach, student recruitment, event planning, sales, or admissions.

Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
