Job Description
POSITION DEFINITION:
Key administrative role, overseeing the student enrollment and registration processes, ensuring these operations are conducted efficiently, accurately, and with confidentiality. Key responsibilities include receiving, reviewing, and entering data into computer systems or databases, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of all recorded data, and performing necessary database maintenance functions. This role is essential in maintaining the smooth operation of student administrative services.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Input and update student information into central databases, including enrollment, attendance, grades, schedules, and disciplinary records.
- Provides direction and support for individuals working within data systems.
- Compile, file, and organize student records such as grade reports, attendance logs.
- Handle the full enrollment process, from initial application to final registration, ensuring all paperwork is complete and accurate.
- Maintain permanent student records in a Student Information System (SIS), including immunization records, grades, and eligibility status
- Input and verify student data in computerized systems, ensuring completeness and confidentiality.
- Other Duties as assigned

COMPETENCIES/KNOWLEDGE-SKILLS-ABILITIES (KSA’s):
- Education : Associates Degree or higher, preferred
- Experience : 5+ years related experience
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, if necessary.
- Ability to work well under minimal supervision
- Capacity to take direction
- Strong attention to detail
- Physically capable of lifting and moving objects up to 30 pounds as necessary
Computer Skills
- Basic hand-held personal communications/information instrument operation preferred.
Certificates & Licenses
- Obtain ADE Ambassador Academy Certification within 1 year of Hire
Other Requirements
- Valid Arkansas Driver's License, ability to successfully pass pre-employment background checks, ability to pass pre-employment drug and background checks, as well as "random" drug testing. The work environment is located generally in a school setting with frequent contact with students and adults.
Position Type: Temporary
Salary: $24 to $24 Per Hour
Job Requirements
