This role coordinates communications, operational workflows, and administrative activities across SEW, working closely with multiple departments to ensure timely and effective student support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited college or university.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (error-free and able to clearly articulate ideas in written format).
• Demonstrated ability to organize multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Experience coordinating communications or marketing initiatives.
• Experience developing timelines and organizing work.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate communication initiatives and operational activities to support SEW priorities, including planning timelines, facilitating collaboration among stakeholders, tracking progress, and supporting timely completion.
• Manage communication for University-level awards and scholarships, and plan associated recognition events each semester.
• Coordinate marketing and communications for SEW events in collaboration with ESA/UCM; align calendars and audience targeting.
• Maintain SEW communications and websites, edit materials, and monitor effectiveness with metrics.
• Assist with SEW budgeting, forecasting, and Workday-based reporting; support AVP and Directors with budget management.
• Support calendaring within SEW leadership and participate in committees that advance department priorities.
