Job summary

State of Georgia’s Chattahoochee Technical College seeks a Student Affairs Specialist – Office of Student Involvement (OSI). Based at the Marietta Campus, you will plan, promote, and support student programs across campuses, including clubs, wellness, career development, and orientations.

The role offers telework up to 40% weekly, a salary of $45,301.59 annually, and benefits such as holidays, annual leave, and the State of Georgia Flexible Benefits Program.

Qualifications

• Associate degree and three (3) years of work experience in a related field.
• High school diploma or equivalent and one (1) year of work-related experience or Microsoft Office Application Professional Certificate and one year of work-related experience.
• Possession of or ability to readily obtain a valid driver’s license issued by the State of Georgia.

Responsibilities

• Plans and develops educational, entertainment, wellness, social & co-curricular programs and events offered by Office of Student Involvement.
• Promotes and markets programs and events offered by Office of Student Involvement; includes creating physical flyers, banners, etc. as well as virtual publications and communications utilizing web technologies.
• Responsible for purchasing process; including working with vendors, originating purchase requisitions, receiving and verifying goods and services.
• Hosts and executes student events on designated campuses.
• Manages Eagle Bucks incentive program.
