Qualifications

• 1 year of professional experience in Student Activities or related field in higher education.
• Experience in higher education, student affairs, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement late-night and weekend programming for students.
• Provide on-site evening and weekend support for programs and events.
• Plan and implement large-scale programs (Fall and Spring Welcome Week, CarnEVIL, FAIRWell UAlbany).
• Support major campus traditions and awards ceremonies.
• Recruit, train, and supervise student staff and graduate assistants.
• Manage social media, newsletters, and marketing for UAlbany GO.
• Coordinate vendor logistics and purchasing in line with campus policies.
