Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred in Student Personnel Administration, Counseling, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in student services/activities; can be combined with education.
  • Excellent interpersonal, analytical, oral and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with standard office software; ability to interact with all levels of faculty and staff.
  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends for events and programs.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, deliver, and assess school-wide student programs and activities for Liberal Studies.
  • Identify, implement, and evaluate student clubs, services, and resources to boost engagement.
  • Serve as liaison between students, student groups, and University partners; resolve issues and provide guidance.
  • Supervise, train, and mentor students in leadership roles.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and implementation under direction.
