Job summary

Chaminade University of Honolulu is seeking an Information Specialist Student Worker to support the Office of Student Engagement. You will serve as a liaison to current and prospective students, faculty and staff, providing courteous customer service and administrative support.

This part-time, non-exempt role involves helping plan and coordinate events, handling inquiries, maintaining Center operations, and contributing to a welcoming campus environment.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled as an undergraduate student (full-time day) at Chaminade University of Honolulu.
• Cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher.
• No Judicial Hold or Probationary Status.

Responsibilities

• Provide general administrative support to the Office of Student Engagement.
• Assist with planning, coordination, and execution of on- and off-campus programs and events.
• Deliver quality customer service and assist clubs and organizations with administrative needs.
• Publicize events and programs sponsored by the Office of Student Engagement.
• Support daily operations of the Vi and Paul Loo Student Center and related activities.
