Schedule: Monday – Thursday. Hours to be determined; programs will be held during the common hour on campus between 12:00 – 1:00.

Reporting to the Student Advocacy & Support - Student Support and Engagement Coordinator, this position provides support and fosters engagement initiatives for students enrolled in the University of Delaware Flex Pathway Program located in Georgetown, Delaware. This role focuses on promoting a dynamic campus environment by coordinating and leading programs, collaborating with various departments within the Division of Student Life, and providing activities for social programming.

The UD Division of Student Life offers a comprehensive range of student support services to help Blue Hens succeed academically, personally and socially.
Some of our work includes supporting students' transitions to UD, securing accommodations for students with disabilities, assisting students as they manage conflict and complex issues and supporting student athletes and veteran and military-connected students. We are dedicated to providing students with the assistance needed to thrive during their time on campus.
