The University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign is seeking a 100% full-time Civil Service Program Coordinator in Student Engagement. Under supervision, you will advise RSOs, support ISG, and manage budgets and training programs across campus.

You will supervise a full-time Coordinator, assist with supervision of student staff, and collaborate with campus partners to ensure compliant processes for event planning, registration, and funding decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Two years in education, training, or related student engagement leadership.
• Master’s Degree can substitute for one year of experience.

Responsabilités

• Advise and supervise RSOs and student organizations.
• Oversee SORF Board funding processes.
• Coordinate training and development for RSO leaders.
• Assist with onboarding and ISG member services.
