Location: USC Upstate, Spartanburg, SC

Hours per week: 20

Work Schedule: Office hours are Monday – Friday 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Work schedule will be determined as class schedule allows. Normal workload will range from 15-20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Utilization of constituent relations software (Raiser’s Edge) for data entry and cleanup.
• Performance of conventional and online data collection.
• Creation and maintenance of spreadsheets.
• Assistance with special projects.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in the USC university system at a minimum of 6 credit hours for undergraduates.
• Maintain confidentiality in a professional environment.
• Excellent communication skills and professionalism are musts as is the ability to work independently with direction.
