Qualifications

• Agreement with the Baptist Faith and Message.
• Demonstrated call to student ministry.
• Strong biblical teaching ability.
• Proven relational leadership.
• Ability to recruit and equip volunteers.
• Team player.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree (minimum).
• Seminary education or willingness to pursue theological training
• Previous full-time student ministry experience.

Responsibilities

• Disciple students and build intentional relationships.
• Personally disciple students toward spiritual maturity.
• Develop student leaders who disciple other students.
• Create a multiplication-focused ministry culture.
• Equip parents as primary disciplers of their children.
• Provide resources, training, and communication.
• Recruit, train, and shepherd volunteers.
• Lead weekly ministry with Christ-centered, gospel-focused teaching.
• Integrate students into church life today, not tomorrow.
• Plan annual ministry calendar and manage ministry budget.
