Responsibilities

• Build intentional relationships with students.
• Personally disciple students toward spiritual maturity.
• Develop student leaders who disciple other students.

• Recognize that parents are God’s primary disciplers of their children.
• Recruit, train, encourage, and shepherd a growing team of adult volunteers.
• Provide biblical teaching that is Christ-centered, Gospel-focused, Biblically faithful, practical and engaging.
• Design weekly gatherings that move students toward discipleship instead of merely attendance.
• Help students understand they are not merely the church of tomorrow, but part of the church today.
