Zusammenfassung

NC State University’s Inclusive Postsecondary Education Program Elevate seeks a Personal Development Coordinator to support wellness, personal development, and independence for students with IDD. You will work with students, peer coaches, and staff to connect goals with strengths and build person-centered plans.

A bachelor’s degree and relevant experience are required, with a Monday–Friday schedule in Raleigh, NC.

Qualifikationen

• Post-baccalaureate credentials or a bachelor’s degree plus relevant training/experience.
• Knowledge of practices for teaching and supporting individuals with disabilities.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with students, families, and university staff.

• Provide teaching and individualized advising focused on wellness, personal development, and success.
• Help students identify goals, develop strategies, and make informed decisions toward growth.
• Collaborate with students, peer coaches, and program staff to support personal development goals.
