University of Michigan-Flint's INSPIRE program seeks a Student Desk Assistant to provide part-time administrative support in the INSPIRE office. Onsite duties include data entry, event planning, and assisting staff, students or faculty during office hours.
You will maintain spreadsheets, track data for meetings and events, and help promote INSPIRE programs. You should be an active UM-Flint undergraduate with strong Google Suite skills and a team-oriented mindset.
Provide part-time administrative support for daily office work. This may include communication with staff, students or faculty, daily office upkeep, open office hours, event planning and support, data research and tracking.
Onsite
The work requires, or the supervisor approves a fully onsite presence. Onsite is defined as a designated U-M owned or leased work location within or outside of the State of Michigan
