Job summary

The University of Cincinnati is seeking a student employee for the Office of Equal Opportunity to support data analytics and educational tasks on campus. You will work with confidential data and help ensure compliance through reporting and analysis.

Responsibilities include reconciling data from government and education databases, building dashboards with Power BI/Tableau, and assisting with surveys and presentations while maintaining professional conduct on campus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; enrolled in a post-secondary institution preferred.
• Must be at least 16 years old and enrolled at least part-time (or will be next term).
• Experience with data validation, reporting, and basic SQL/Excel is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Access, validate, and reconcile data from complex databases.
• Produce on-demand analytics to ensure compliance with federal/state reporting obligations.
• Write and execute queries in SQL, Excel, R, Python, or similar tools to support data collection and reporting.
• Develop and update PowerPoint presentations and other media; build dashboards with Power BI/Tableau.
• Assist with survey design, analysis, dissemination and results reporting.
• Provide clerical support and front-desk assistance with confidentiality and service excellence.
