Qualifications

• Complete Student Enrollment Form or Student Withdrawal Form and maintain record keeping system.
• Collect data, complete all input documents, and update the student database via electronic data transmission.
• Verify the accuracy of all processed data, recognize discrepancies, and take corrective action.
• Input student attendance daily, and give tardy passes to students who arrive late.
• Maintain student cumulative records and distribute to appropriate offices.
• Mail truancy-warning letters and complete truancy affidavits for court.
• Plan and schedule tasks considering school priorities and calendar.
• Attend scheduled department workshops.
• Demonstrated flexibility to cope with a rapidly changing world.
• Demonstrated willingness to remain current with developments in the profession.
