Job summary

The Dodge Family College of Arts and Sciences Dean's Office is seeking two undergraduate students to join its Data Analysis team as Student Data Analysts at the University of Oklahoma. You will work with institutional data, building reports and dashboards using Excel and Power BI to support college decisions.

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in Fall Term as OU student.
• Must be a student in the Dodge Family College of Arts and Sciences.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain reports, dashboards, charts, and models using Excel and Power BI.
• Retrieve, organize, review, and validate institutional data.
• Assist with enrollment, student, academic program, and other College analyses.
• Respond to data and reporting requests from departments and leadership.
• Research and investigate data trends or inconsistencies.
• Learn to query databases and work with institutional data sources.
• Document data sources, calculations, and methods.
• Summarize findings for non-technical audiences.
• Assist with long-term analytical projects from research to presentation.
• Manage multiple assignments and deadlines.
• Handle confidential student and personnel information per FERPA.
