Job summary

University of North Dakota is seeking a part-time, non-benefited data analyst to collect, clean, and analyze data from diverse sources. You will create tables, charts, and visualizations to monitor student engagement and outcomes, and present findings to staff and leadership.

This role supports dashboards, reports, and dashboards while upholding data privacy policies. Only UND students are eligible to be hired in this position, with no remote or hybrid work options and 15 hours per week at

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze data from various internal and external sources
• Develop clear tables, charts, and visualizations that track student engagement and outcomes
• Collaborate with supervisors to interpret findings and identify insights to inform student success strategies
• Present data in clear, engaging formats suited to audiences from staff to leadership teams
• Support the creation of dashboards, infographics, and reports highlighting key trends and outcomes
• Assist with longitudinal data tracking, reporting, and evaluation efforts to support planning and decision-making
• Assist with maintaining data accuracy and quality through validation, organization, and documentation practices
• Follow institutional policies and best practices related to data privacy and confidentiality
