Job summary

Legends is seeking a Student Data Specialist at the University of Miami in Coral Gables. You will support data analytics, CRM hygiene, reporting, and campaign tracking for Hurricanes Athletics, donor engagement, and ticket sales.

This hands-on role builds practical analytics skills in a fast-paced collegiate setting. You will work on data from ticketing, donations, retail, and marketing, while helping develop dashboards and insights for leadership and sales teams.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, looksups, basic formulas) and PowerPoint.
• Attention to detail with large data sets; clear written and verbal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines; team oriented.
• Interest in sports business, collegiate athletics, and fan engagement.
• Experience with a CRM platform and data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Support the Director, Data & Analytics with day-to-day data analytics and CRM functions.
• Assist with CRM data hygiene: auditing, cleaning, de-duplicating, updating records.
• Build, maintain, and update reports and dashboards surface insights for leadership.
• Pull, organize, and analyze data from ticketing, donations, retail, and marketing sources.
• Track campaign performance and summarize results for leadership and staff.
• Help prepare data-driven insights for partnership pitches and recaps.
• Support CRM training with user guides and reference materials.
• Assist with data enrichment projects on donor and fan insights.
