The University Judicial Coordinator position is located at the Cal Poly Solano Campus in Vallejo, California. Under the Director for Student Rights & Responsibilities at the San Luis Obispo campus, the University Judicial Coordinator will receive and investigate reports of alleged misconduct at the Solano Campus as well as assigned cases across the broader university, including the San Luis Obispo campus.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with student conduct management systems and procedures.
• Experience advising students on sensitive matters and resolving conflicts.
• Ability to work under pressure with fluctuating caseloads.

Responsibilities

• Receive and investigate reports of alleged misconduct at the Solano Campus and across the university.
• Conduct judicial investigations on behalf of OSRR and provide analysis and outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with CSU EO 1098 and oversee appropriate disciplinary actions.
