Qualifications

• Four-year college degree or equivalent with related coursework in counseling techniques, interviewing, and conflict resolution.
• Three years of progressively responsible professional student services work experience.
• Master’s degree may substitute for one year of experience.
• Doctorate degree may substitute for three years of experience for roles with professional counseling responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Receive and investigate reports of alleged misconduct at the Solano Campus.
• Provide analysis and outcomes while maintaining compliance with CSU Executive Order 1098.
• Investigate cases across the university, including the San Luis Obispo campus, on behalf of OSRR.
• Advise students individually and in groups on complex and sensitive student-related matters.
