Job summary

LCBC Church is seeking a Central kidMinistry Creative Director to oversee weekend experiences, guide planning with staff and volunteers, and ensure content aligns with the message. You will steward content development for multiple age groups and stay current with culture trends to inform content, environments, and programs.

You will storyboard and direct weekly videos, collaborate with the Communications team on post-production, and shape the aesthetic for kidMinistry initiatives across campus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the weekend gathering to ensure excellence, leading planning meetings to develop experiences, games, atrium, and overall program.
• Lead a team of campus staff and volunteers to develop developmentally appropriate content for each age demographic in kid ministry.
• Stay in touch with culture trends to connect the culture with the gospel and guide content, environment, and program teams.
• Storyboard, direct, script, and coordinate weekly videos and special element videos with the Communications team.
• Act as the aesthetic and creative visionary for kidMinistry series and large initiatives.
