Mubea in Florence, Alabama seeks a degree‑seeking student to participate in quality improvements and problem solving. You will perform data research, implement improvement plans, and support quality initiatives through training and engagement across teams.

Ideal candidates are pursuing Business Administration or Engineering, proficient with Microsoft Office, and possess strong communication skills, independence, and a drive to innovate and improve manufacturing processes.

Duties and ResponsibilitiesEssential Functions: •Participate and foster involvement of all associates in quality improvements and problem solving efforts. •Data research and analysis with improvement plans.
